REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Maitzi Angore, of P.O. Box 82596, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2140 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Mombasa/MN/Block I/581, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of tittle has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
