APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 28 (1) (a) of the National Electronic Single Window System Act, as read together with section 51(1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, I, William Samoei Ruto, the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, appoints— BASIL CRITICOS to be the Chairperson of the Kenya Trade Network Agency Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 26th May, 2023.
