APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 71 (2) (b) of the
Competition Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and

Hillary Marrimoi, Raymond Nyamweya, to be members of the Competition Tribunal, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 26th May, 2023.
