APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (e) of the Kenya Information and Communications Act, as read together with section 51(1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Information, Communications and the Digital Economy appoints— SARAH KABIRA to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Communications Authority of Kenya, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 26th May, 2023.
