IN EXERCISE of powers conferred by Article 184 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 as read with section 9 of the Urban Areas and Cities Act, 2011, I, Mohamud Mohamed Ali, Governor, Marsabit County, appoint the under-listed persons to an Ad-hoc Committee, to consider and advise on the recommendation for conferment of municipal status to Moyale Town within Marsabit County. (b) Prepare a report for the area for presentation to the Governor and subsequently to the County Assembly, for consideration and or approval. (c) Submit your work plan immediately upon appointment and compliance with the time schedule set out therein. (d) Undertake any other assignment incidental and related thereto.
