REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Faith Mwikali Levi, as executor of the estate of Fredrick Karisa Shungu, of P.O. Box 91097, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2562 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered under certificate of lease No. Freretown/M.N./Block I/20, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
