REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Teddy Fredrick Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 834−80300, Voi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as propriator of leasehold ownership of all that piece of land containing 1.015 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 15030/83, situate in Taita District, registered under certificate of title No. C.R. 70807, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
