WHEREAS Primix Enterprises Limited, of P.O. Box 6919–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 9.25 acres or thereabout, known as Plot No. 188/III/MN, situate in Kilifi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 4185/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, 26th May, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
