WHEREAS Sarla Devi Madan Gopal Soni, as administrator of the estate of Madan Gopal Hemraj Soni, of P.O. Box 81306–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Plot No. Mombasa/Block X/156, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa district, has applied for the removal of restriction registered on 9th May, 2016, and whereas the restriction details and claims is not certain and the same has not been since acted upon by the claimant, notice is given that I shall proceed to remove the said restriction upon of expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof unless a written objection has been received within that period.
