REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Didar Singh Junjan, (2) Kirpal Singh Hunjan and (3) Inderjeet Singh Hunjan, all of P.O. Box 99236–80107, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of freehold interest from the Government of Kenya, of all that piece of land containing 0.2004 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 766/III/MN, situate in north of Mombasa Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as CR. 17551, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the register thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the folio under the provisions of section 33 (5).
