THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Zakayo Munandi Sikoria (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 4.0601 hectares or thereabout, known as Ndivisi/Khalumuli/1329, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Webuye in succession cause No. E20 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Samson Wekesa and (2) Pamela Nafula Wanyama, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Zakayo Munandi Sikoria (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said transmission instrument and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Zakayo Munandi Sikoria (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
