REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dolika Kabulani Chachu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.00 hectare or thereabouts, known as South Maragoli/Magui/1, situate in the district of Vihiga and whereas the Principal Magistrate Court at Hamisi in succession cause No. 17 of 2019, has issued letters of administration in favour of Stephen Saramba Viraghi, and whereas the said Stephen Saramba Viraghi has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Stephen Saramba Viraghi, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Dolika Kabulani Chachu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
