REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Mwaniki Murang’a (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.70 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mwea/Tebere/3881, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Magistrate’s Court at Wang’uru in succession 98 of 2018 has issued grant and confirmation letters to Catherine Nyawira Waweru (ID/27208203), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Catherine Nyawira Waweru (ID/27208203), and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Daniel Mwaniki Murang’a (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
