REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jeremiah Ngugi Muchuri (deceased), of P.O. Box 159, Maragua in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Loc. 6/Gikarangu/3899, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Murang’a in succession cause no. 123 of 2020, has issued grant and confirmation letters to James Kamande Kimani, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to James Kamande Kimani, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jeremiah Ngugi Muchuri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
