REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Mburu Kinyanjui (ID/25134940), (2) Joseph Nakeor Chegem, (262222009) and (3) Elijah Mwai Maina (ID/26976128), as the joint trustees of Sweet Melodies Self Help Group, are registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.40 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mavoko Town Block 3/46524, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the said George Mburu Kinyanjui (ID/25134940), (2) Joseph Nakeor Chegem, (262222009) and (3) Elijah Mwai Maina (ID/26976128), have presented for registration of discharge of charge, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land tittle deed for the said parcel of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the discharge.
