APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated the 2nd June, 2022, I appointed Stephen Kamau Njoroge, Assistant Director, Co-operative, Audit, to be liquidator for Kenya Planters Co-operative Union Limited (in liquidation) for a period not exceeding one (1) year, and whereas the said Stephen Kamau Njoroge, has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period. Now therefore, I extend the period of liquidation for Kenya Planters Co-operative Union Limited for another period not exceeding one (1) year and re-appoint Stephen Kamau Njoroge, Assistant Director of Co-operative Audit to act as liquidator in the matter of the said co-operative society.
