NOTICE is given that Kamal Anantroy Bhatt, of P.O Box 80766– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, has been appointed as an Administrator (“Administrator”), by the secured lender, of Surya Developments Limited (Under Administration) (“the Company”) effective from the 11th May, 2023. Following the appointment, all the affairs and business of the company are being conducted by the Administrator. The powers of the administrator extend to all assets and undertakings of the company. The powers of the directors in terms of dealing with the company’s assets ceased. Any party having a claim against the company to submit their claim in writing with relevant supporting documentation to the Administrator on or before the 17th June, 2023 for consideration. The administrator acts as an agent of the Company without personal liability.
