NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Motorways Construction Limited, the owners of the Compactor Caterpillar, Model Number CS-5B3E, Serial Number DAJ00572, which is lying at the premises of Mantrac Kenya Limited in Nairobi, located at Witu Road, off Lusaka Road, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of the 26th May, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of publication and any other incidental costs. If the fore mentioned machine is not collected at the expiry of this notice, the same shall be sold by public auction or private treaty. Dated at the 2nd May, 2023.
