NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd March, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 463, in Volume D1, Folio 79/1007, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Tim Nderitu Timothy Nguyo, of P.O. Box 700–10400, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Timothy Nderitu Nguyo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Timothy Nderitu Nguyo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Tim Nderitu Timothy Nguyo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Tim Nderitu Timothy Nguyo only.
