NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd November, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 345, in Volume B-13, Folio 2247/19042, File No. 1637, by our client, Mourice Namasaka Wafula, of P.O. Box 885, Bungoma in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Maurice Matayo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Maurice Matayo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mourice Namasaka Wafula, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mourice Namasaka Wafula only.
