NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd March, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1084, in Volume DI, Folio 142/1524, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Collins Otieno Owino Otung, of P.O. Box 53, Kendu Bay in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Clifford Owino Otieno Otung, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Clifford Owino Otieno Otung, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Collins Otieno Owino Otung, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Collins Otieno Owino Otung only.
