APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (g) of the Prohibition of Female Genital Mutilation Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Public Service, Gender and Affirmative Action appoints— RICHARD MITIGI MULEWA to be a member of the Anti-Female Genital Mutilation Board, for a period of six (6) years, with effect from the 23rd June, 2023.
