THE STATE CORPORATIONS ACT

APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (e) of the
State Corporations Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the
Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for
Tourism, Wildlife and Heritage appoints—
Purity Moraa, Sarah O. Juma, Shauri Kahindi Gona, to be members of the Board of Directors of the Bomas of Kenya, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 23rd June, 2023. The appointments effected vide Gazette Notice Nos. 504/2021 and
10690/2021 are revoked.
