REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Gabmach Macharia Mwangi (ID/2043929), (2) Esolom Wandaka Kiguru (ID/5756903) and (3) Henry Maina Muriu (ID/ID/2044460), as the trustees of Makomboki Self Help Group, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under certificate of lease No. Thika Municipality Block 11/653, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease of the said piece of land is missing and whereas all efforts made to locate the said certificate have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue another certificate of lease and the said missing certificate of lease be deemed of no effect.
