REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Njenga Njuguna (ID/4301396), (2) Dominic Karanja Ndukui (ID/2571677) (3) George Njoroge Chege (ID/3114786) and (4) Felista Njeri Gakuhi (ID/3115703), as trustees of Mutaraho Unit Self Help Group, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.185 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Gatundu, registered under title No. Kiganjo/Handege/2283, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
