THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sabastian Bubiru, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.09 hectare or thereabouts, known as E. Bukusu/S. Kanduyi/5778, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the Bungoma court in E.L.C. No. 5 of 2020, has decereed that one Sabastian Bubiru holds the title in trust for Wensley Barasa, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the implementation of the said court order and the land title deed issued to the said Sabastian Bubiru, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
