THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mukuha Rarimi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 11.1 acres or thereabout, known as Chania/Ngorongo/269, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu succession cause No. 207 of 2020, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Jacinta Gathoni Gathundo (ID/3058159) and (2) Pauline Wangari Mukuha (ID/3058648), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to (1) Jacinta Gathoni Gathundo (ID/3058159) and (2) Pauline Wangari Mukuha (ID/3058648), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mukuha Rarimi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
