THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wainaina Githinji (deceased), of P.O. Box 7, Murang’a in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.6 hectare and 3.3 acres or thereabout, known as Loc. 7/Gathera/1505 and Loc. 7/Gathera/662, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Murang’a in succession Cause No. 19 of 2021, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Raxana Wangeci Kamau (ID/3481883) and (2) Hannah Wambui Wainaina (ID/3729863), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deeds and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said grant documents and issue land title deed to the said (1) Raxana Wangeci Kamau (ID/3481883) and (2) Hannah Wambui Wainaina (ID/3729863), and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Wainaina Githinji (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
