REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kiunga Kimathi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.3578 hectare or thereabouts, each, known as Naivasha/Maraigushu Block 8/422 and 423, situate in the district of Naivasha and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Naivasha in succession cause No. 72 of 2018, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Simon Maina Kiunga, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to Simon Maina Kiunga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiunga Kimathi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
