REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Winnie Waithira Njoka (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.04225 hectare or thereabouts, each, known as Kijabe/Kijabe Block 1/11078 and 11097, situate in the district of Naivasha and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nakuru succession cause No. 68 of 2014, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Samuel Gitimu and (2) Erick Kamau, both of P.O. Box 1698–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to (1) Samuel Gitimu and (2) Erick Kamau, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Winnie Waithira Njoka (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
