THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kipkoech Keiyo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nandi/Chepterwoi/277, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret in succession cause No. 255 of 2012, has issued letters of administration in favour of (1) William Kimaiyo Koech and (2) Joseph Kipngetich Koech, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission and issue land title deed to the said (1) William Kimaiyo Koech and (2) Joseph Kipngetich Koech, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kipkoech Keiyo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
