NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 and 6 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following instructions to Indomitable Auctioneers from Embassy Crystal Enterprises Limited Yard, along Kericho–Nakuru Highway, opposite Green Square Mall, behind Shell Petrol Station, Kericho Town, to the owners of the bus listed below to collect the said at Embassy Crystal Enterprises Limited Yard within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, failure to which Indomitable Auctioneers shall proceed to dispose the bus by way of public auction on behalf of Embassy Crystal Enterprises Limited if it remains uncollected/unclaimed to defay storage charges.
