APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragraph 8 (3) (g) of the Public Finance Management (National Government Affirmative
Action Fund) Regulations, 2016, as read together with section 51 of the Interpretations and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Public Service, Gender and Affirmative Action appoints—
Bendera Wilson, Sam Ogola, to be members of the National Government Affirmative Action Fund
Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 16th June, 2023. The appointments of chairperson and members effected vide
Gazette Notice Nos. 10687/2021 and 10688/2021 are revoked
