REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Martin Omukuba Olubakaya, of P.O. Box 960–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 26699/455, situate in the North East of Mavoko Municipality in the district of Machaokos, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as IR 139737/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of tittle has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
