REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Saturnine Dias, of P.O. Box 86042–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1018 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. Mombasa/Block XLVII/44, situate in the the district of Mombasa, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
