THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Mwangi Amos Njuguna (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.01 hectares or thereabout, known as Kijabe/Kijabe Block 1/3395, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Naivasha in succession cause No. E40 of 2020, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Irene Siparo Mwangi, and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue the land title deed to Irene Siparo Mwangi, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Mwangi Amos Njuguna (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
