THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dennis Gathithi Githendu, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.12 hectares or thereabout, known as Gaturi/Githimu/203, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Embu in succession cause no. 69 of 2016, in the matter of the estate of Mithange Katua alias Kibui Gatua (deceased), the court declared the grant issued to Anna Njoki Ndungu a nullity of any transmission and further declare that any subsequent transfer as illegal and invalid, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect to the said piece of land to Dennis Gathithi Githendu have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed to register the order and revert the parcel to Kibui Gatua awaiting registration of the proper grant issued to Muriuki Gatua in the estate of Kibui Gatua, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Dennis Gathithi Githendu, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
