THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Simon Maimba Mbugua, (2) Simon Maina Mwangi and (3) Mathew Mbugua Karanja, are registered as proprietors of those pieces of land known as Ngong/Ngong/22986, 27155 and 27156, containing 0.2, 0.1 and 0.1 hectare or thereabouts, respectively, (combined as 88793), situate in the Kajiado District, and whereas sufficient evidence adduced proves that the succession and subsequent transfer were fraudulent, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed for cancellation have failed, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kiambu in Succession cause no. 5 of 2016 has issued an order for cancellation of the said titles and transfers, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and reverse the parcel as it was before to its original form being Wanjiku Ngoi (deceased), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
