ASSIGNMENT

PURSUANT to section 33 of the Anti-Counterfeit Act, 2008, laws of Kenya, notice is issued that Multi-Works and Rights Enforcements has been duly authorized through Power of Attorney and the assignment mandates issued by Hannida Care Product Manufacturers Limited, Industrial Area, Nairobi, a manufacturing company, to execute as an agency in its power and with the assistance of the state bodies and the police to act and protect against infringement of all products violations and enforce all other interests among other mandates stated therein.
