NOTICE is given under the Transfer of Businesses Act (Cap. 500) that the processing of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages business carried on by KWAL Sez Limited at Tatu City, Kiambu, Kenya, will subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions precedent, be transferred to Kenya Wine Agencies Limited which will carry on the business under the name Kenya Wine Agencies Limited at the same premises. The address of the Transferor is P.O. Box 40550 – 00100, Nairobi, Kenya. The address of the Transferee is P.O. Box 40550 – 00100, Nairobi, Kenya. All money debts or liabilities due and owing by the Transferor in respect of the business up to the date of transfer as set out above shall be received and paid by the Transferor.
