NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th June, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 590, in Volume DI, Folio 1342/1354, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Abraham Koyaki, of P.O. Box 044–40201, Gesusu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Abraham Saruni Koyiaki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abraham Saruni Koyiaki and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abraham Koyaki, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abraham Kayoki only.
