TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2023 By (1) Geoffret Langat and (2) Julius Rono, both of P.O. Box 337, Sotik in Kenya, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplesan Mibei, who died at Balek Sub-location, on 10th July, 1974. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2023 By David Kipkemoi Sang, of P.O. Box 465, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Koe arap Sitiene, who died at Chebole, on 10th February, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
