TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E249 of 2023 By (1) Ann Wanjiku Kinyanjui and (2) Samuel Macharia Kinyanjui, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Kinyanjui Macharia, who died at Komarock Modern Healthcare, on 24th May, 2019. CAUSE NO. E253 OF 2023 By James Kipkosgei Chepkochei, of P.O. Box 116, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkochei Changwony, who died at Mogotio Sub-location, on 13th August, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
