TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E224 OF 2023 By (1) Elizabeth Njeri, (2) Susan Njambi Wanjiru and (3) Geoffrey Njenga Wanjiru, all of P.O. Box 14957–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wanjiru Njenga, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 23rd March, 2020. CAUSE NO. E284 OF 2023 By Prisca Njeri Macharia, of P.O. Box 14185–20108, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Douglas Macharia Keru, who died at Nakuru Nursing Home, on 6th April, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
