TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 213 OF 2021 By Benedict Wekesa Simiyu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adriano W. Simiyu, who died at Brillian Doctors Plaza, on 13th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2023 By Hassan Juma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Helida Oneya Oduol alias Helda O. Oduol, who died at Mandizini, on 21st April, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
