TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E246 OF 2023 By Wambaire Kamau Kabiro, of P.O. Box 32–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Milca Mbogo Kamau alias Mbogo Kamau alias Milca Mbugo Kamau, who died at Kihingo, on 11th February, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette Dated the 10th May, 2023.
