TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 233 OF 2023 By (1) Lucas Karanja Mwaura and (2) Peter Nguru Karuthi, both of P.O. Box 14–20318, Kinangop in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Nguru Mungai alias Nguru Mungai Nguru, who died at N.K.C.H., on 20th October, 1993. CAUSE NO. 234 OF 2023 By Samuel Wang’ombe Gitahi, of P.O. Box 4, Nanyuki in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Gitahi Wang’ombe, who died at Shamata, on 9th November, 2016. CAUSE NO. 237 OF 2023 By (1) Moses Muthondeki Change and (2) Joel Kihara Githaiga, both of P.O. Box 916–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Githaiga Wambugu, who died on 5th August, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
