Box 17, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maiga Gucura alias Maiga Gacura, who died on 10th December, 2006. CAUSE NO. E177 OF 2023 By (1) Anthony Kithinji Murage and (2) Lucy Njeri Githinji, both of P.O. Box 5, Kerugoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joyce Kaira Muthiru, who died at Kiawakara Sub-location, on 30th July, 2020. CAUSE NO. E206 OF 2023 By Jecinta Muthoni Kibangu, of P.O. Box 348, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kibangu Mutu alias Kibanguri Mutu, who died at Komboini, on 30th June, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
