TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E53 of 2023 By (1) Ann Njura Kivuti and (2) John Muriithi Kivuti, both of P.O. Box 244, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Kivuti Mithiire, who died at Rianjagi Sub-location, on 9th December, 2022. CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2023 By Niceta Njoki Njagi, of P.O. Box 25, Runyenjes, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eujenia Mutitu Njagi, who died at Embu Level 5 Hospital, on 25th January, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
