TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2023 By Mary Nduni Musyoki, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Musyoki Musili, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 1st February, 2019. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2023 By Lydia Kithini Mulyungi, of P.O. Box 43–90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Mulyungi Kitema, who died at Mwingi Sub-location, on 20th September, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
